Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 March 2026 · Effective: 23 March 2026
1. Overview
Feasy is built with your privacy as the default. The app stores all data you enter — children's names, activity details, fees, and payment records — exclusively on your own device. We do not operate servers that hold your personal information, we do not require you to create an account, and we do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Feasy processes, how it is used, and the rights available to you. It applies to the Feasy mobile application (iOS and Android) and the Feasy support website at https://feasy.farabove.uk.
Please read this policy carefully. By downloading or using Feasy you confirm you have read and understood it. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Who We Are
Feasy is published by Feasy ("we", "us", "our"). For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, we act as the data controller only in respect of any limited personal data processed via this website (see Section 6). For all data entered into the Feasy mobile application, you are the data controller because the data never leaves your device.
You can contact us at any time regarding privacy matters:
Email: farabovestudios@gmail.com
Website: https://feasy.farabove.uk/contact
3. Data We Collect
3.1 Data you enter into the app (on-device only)
When you use Feasy, you may enter the following information. This data is stored solely on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party:
- Children's first names (or nicknames)
- Avatar colour selections
- Activity names and venue/school names
- Fee amounts and currencies
- Payment due dates and recurrence schedules
- Payment status records (Paid, Pending, Overdue, Skipped)
3.2 Data collected automatically by the app
Feasy does not collect usage analytics, crash reports, or device identifiers of its own accord. However, the platforms through which you download the app (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) may collect certain technical information as described in Section 6.
3.3 Data collected via this website
When you visit feasy.farabove.uk, we may collect:
- Standard web server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of access) — retained for up to 30 days for security and operational purposes
The contact form does not send us anything. It composes a message in your own email application, which you then choose to send or discard. Nothing you type into it reaches us, or any server, unless you send that email yourself. If you do, we receive whatever your email contains — typically your name, your email address and your message — and we hold it only as described in Section 9.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on this website.
4. On-Device Storage & Local Processing
All data you enter into the Feasy app is stored in the device's local database (SQLite) using the operating system's standard application data sandbox. This means:
- No cloud sync. Your data does not leave your device via Feasy.
- No account required. You do not need to register or log in.
- No remote access. We have no technical ability to access, view, or modify your app data.
- Device backups. If you use Apple iCloud Backup or Android auto-backup, your device may include Feasy's local database in that backup. This is controlled entirely by your device and platform settings, not by Feasy.
- Deletion. Uninstalling Feasy permanently deletes all locally stored data. This action is irreversible.
Because we hold no copy of your data, we are unable to recover it if you uninstall the app or lose your device. We recommend using your platform's backup feature if data continuity is important to you.
5. Notifications
Feasy uses local notifications — reminders and overdue alerts are generated entirely on your device by the operating system, based on schedules calculated locally. No data is transmitted to a server to trigger these notifications. There is no push notification server.
When you first open Feasy, the app will request permission to send notifications. You can grant or deny this permission, and change it at any time in your device's Settings → Feasy → Notifications. Denying notification permission does not affect any other functionality.
6. Platform Services & Third-Party SDKs
6.1 Apple App Store & iOS
If you download Feasy from the Apple App Store, Apple Inc. collects certain information in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. Apple may collect App Store purchase records, crash diagnostics, and aggregate usage statistics. Apple's data collection is governed by their privacy policy, not ours.
6.2 Google Play Store & Android
If you download Feasy from Google Play, Google LLC collects certain information in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Google may collect install and crash data, and aggregate usage statistics via Google Play. This is governed by Google's policies.
6.3 .NET MAUI & Framework
Feasy is built using .NET MAUI (Microsoft). The framework itself does not transmit telemetry from user devices in production builds.
6.4 Analytics
Feasy does not currently integrate any third-party analytics SDK (such as Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar). If this changes in a future version, this policy will be updated and users notified.
7. Children's Privacy
Feasy is designed for use by parents and guardians (aged 18 and over) to manage financial records relating to their children's activities. The app is not directed at children themselves and is not intended to be used by children.
The only information relating to children that Feasy processes is:
- First names or nicknames (as entered by the parent/guardian)
- A colour preference for an avatar
This information is stored exclusively on the device of the parent or guardian and is never transmitted to us. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children — all data entry is performed by adults.
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK Children's Code, and applicable GDPR provisions:
- Feasy does not collect, store, or process personal data from children directly.
- The app requires no registration and collects no data from any user under 18.
- If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through our website, please contact us at farabovestudios@gmail.com and we will take prompt action.
8. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. The only circumstances in which we may disclose information are:
- Legal obligation. Where we are required to disclose information by law, court order, or in response to lawful requests by public authorities (e.g. to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process).
- Protection of rights. Where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Feasy, our users, or the public, as required or permitted by law.
- Business transfer. If Feasy is acquired by or merged with another company, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify users via a prominent notice on this website prior to any such transfer, and you will have the option to delete your data at any time.
Since the app stores data only on-device, none of your app data can be shared with us or anyone else — we simply do not have access to it.
9. Data Retention
App data
App data is retained on your device for as long as you keep the app installed. Deleting the app permanently removes all associated data. You can also delete individual records (children, activities, payments) within the app at any time.
Contact form submissions
If you contact us via the website, we retain your message and contact details for up to 12 months to enable us to follow up and resolve your enquiry, after which they are securely deleted.
Server logs
Web server access logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and operational purposes, then automatically purged.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data. These rights apply to any data we hold (e.g. contact form submissions). They do not apply to data stored only on your own device, as we have no access to that data.
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
Ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at farabovestudios@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
California residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your CCPA rights, contact us at farabovestudios@gmail.com.
11. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect any personal data we hold against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for this website
- Access controls limiting who can handle contact form submissions
- Secure deletion of data after retention periods expire
For data held on your device, security is governed by your device's operating system. We recommend keeping your device OS up to date and using a device lock (PIN, biometric) to protect your data.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
12. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to external sites (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play). These links are provided for convenience and do not signify our endorsement of those sites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, applicable law, or our practices. When we do, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- Post a notice on the Feasy website for material changes
- Where required by law, seek your consent to any significant changes
Continued use of Feasy after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
